Choosing to pivot my career to become an accredited coach, I specialised in Neurodiversity Coaching, developing my knowledge and expertise through professional training and hands-on experience.
Alongside raising a daughter with ADHD, I have worked with neurodivergent individuals in various capacities, including sports coaching for children and executive coaching for neurodiverse adults. This has given me a strong understanding of the unique strengths and challenges neurodivergent individuals face in both personal and professional settings.
I believe that as every individual is different, true progress comes from understanding each person’s unique strengths, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. My passion lies in helping neurodivergent individuals harness their abilities, build confidence, and create strategies that support their long-term success.
